Fraudulent Use of Driver's Licenses

The information you provide when you apply for your driver's license, or apply for a duplicate license, must be true and accurate. It is against the law to:

• Provide false information when you apply for any type of driving license or identification card
• Change or alter your license in any way
• Use someone else's license as your own
• Permit someone else to use your driver's license

The penalty for these offenses is a 90-day suspension of your driver's license.
