The Clearinghouse is a hub for companies which are not based in WV to title their vehicles through an accurate and efficient electronic platform, despite the state in which a vehicle may be located. The Clearinghouse is a digital platform, and as such will allow title work to be submitted from anywhere within the US instantly. Customers need only to login to the platform, begin a transaction, input the correct details, upload scans of the required documents, and submit.
